Ingredients
2 servings yogurt, light or fat free-whatever flavor works with the fruit you have.1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit, ie strawberries, peaches,mangos,whatever is in season1 cup of flavored non calorie beverage in a flavor that mixes well.
Directions
Throw everything in the blender, liquify, pour into molds. freeze
