Chicken Stir Fry

2 Tbsp + 2 tsp soy sauce2 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp Cornstarch1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 Sesame Seeds6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil1/5 green bell pepper chopped into matchsticks1/4 cup chopped onion4 baby small baby carrots chopped1/5 cup broccoli florets1/4 cup brown rice cooked
1. combine soy sauce, Splenda brown sugar blend, and cornstarch in a small bowl and stir.
2. add ground ginger, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, and sesame seeds and continue to mix.
3. marinade chicken in the sauce and refrigerate for at least 15 min.
4. using a little Sunflower oil, stir fry bell pepper, onions, carrots, and broccoli until slightly tender and removie from pan.
5. Using remainder of sunflower oil, cook the chicken, saving the sauce in a bowl.
6. add the cooked veggies, remaining sauce, and brown rice until veggies are tender.
7. serve hot and enjoy!
