Madras Melon Seeds

Ingredients
50 grams raw cantaloupe seeds (from 1 melon)1 Tblsp unsalted butter1/4 tsp mineral slat1/4 tsp curry powder1/8 tsp cayenne1/8 tsp turmeric
Directions
Melt butter, add remaining ingredients in cookie sheet or shallow baking dish. Bake at 275 for 20-30 minutes, sturring every 5 minutes. When slightly browned, remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
