1/3 package of Trader Joe's Pulled Chicken Breast in BBQ Sauce (Look in the freezer/fridge aisle!)1 1/2 oz Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese4" Whole Grain Pita Pocket Bread
Split your Pita pocket in half and Place on a baking sheet.
Microwave pork like the package says. spread 1/3 package of the pork on your two halves of pita. Top with shredded cheese.
Place in the oven on a LOW BROIL on one of the LOWER RACKS until Edges and cheese are slightly brown. It happens quick so keep a close eye!
Serving Size: Makes 2 Personal Pizzas
