Creamed Chicken and Biscuits

Ingredients
2- chicken breasts (cubed)1/2- Large onion (chopped)1 1/2- tbsp butter1cup- sour cream1/2 cup- milk1 can- cream of chicken soup1 cup- shredded cheddar cheese6- frozen biscuits
Directions
Cook Chicken until done. Saute onion in butter until tender. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, chicken, and onion together. Pour in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Pull out of oven, sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheese on top of whole dish. Place biscuits on cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheddar on biscuits. Continue baking at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.

    This was a great dish. It was new and different. I used mushroom soup instead of chicken and it was delicious. Even my picky eaters ate it. I didnt even have any leftover. Wonderful! - 6/24/08
