Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced Cutie clementine oranges (1 serving = 2 oranges), 1 serving Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) *Bariatric Advantage Ready to Shake Banana, 1 serving **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Ice- 1 cup
