Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Flaked Tuna packed in water - 400gramsGreen onions chopped fine - 35 gramsBlack Olives pitted, chopped fine - 10 olivesHellman's Mayo 1/2 fat - 3 tbspHot Mustard - 1.5 tbspSalt - 0.12 tspsBlack Pepper - 0.12 tsps
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and store in refridgerator in air tight container.

Makes 8 servings

Serve either on 1/2 large Flatbread Tortilla rolled or on crackers.

    I made this this afternoon. It was quick and easy, I would add more Djon next time. I think if I had a red onion it would have been better.
    I put my tuna salad on a whole wheat tortilla and put a piece of lettuce over the tortilla so the salad wouldn't make my wrap soggy and rip! - 3/14/08
