Chocolate Avocado Bundt Cake

1 avocado1/2 c oil1/2 c sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup yogurt2/3 cup milk (we use almond)2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 c unsweetened dark cocoa powder2 c flour1 c chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cream oil and sugar together. Add in the avocado, vanilla, applesauce and yogurt. In a separate bowl sift together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and coco powder. Blend the milk and the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until done
