KFC Knock-off Coleslaw

1/2 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup lowfat buttermilk2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice1 1/2 talbespoons white vinegar1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper8 cups Dole Coleslaw Mix (Cabbage and Carrotts)2 tablespoons minced onion
1. Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped up into fine pieces (about the size of rice).
2. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
3. Add the coleslaw mix and onion. Mix well.
4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
