Ingredients
.5 cup Butter, salted1 cup Granulated Sugar2 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw3 small Banana, fresh, (6" to 6-7/8" long) 2 cup *Flour, white1 tsp.]Baking Soda1 tsp. Baking Powder.5 tsp. Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Use a 9" x 5" non stick loaf pan. Cream together in a large bowl, butter and sugar till light a fluffy.

Mash the bananas. In a large bowl. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine dry ingredients with mashed bananas. combine banana mixture and flour mixture. Stirring just to combine.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Serving Size:�makes - 16 " 1/2 inch " slices.
