Ingredients
32 oz Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed28 oz Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)20 oz Baby Carrot, Raw, 20 oz2.5 tbsp Dried Onion Flakes20 oz fre Merlot (alcohol removed), 2.5 serving1tbsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
trim beef to 1/2 - 1in cubes
cut potato into 9 sections lengthwise then slice potato & carrot on mandolin
add all ingredients to crockpot & cook on hi for 4-5 hours
