Mashed Potatoes using sour cream & 2% milk

Ingredients
6 russet potatoes1/2 c sour cream1 c warm milk
Directions
boil potatoes in salted water until tender
add 1/2 c sour cream
mash with potato masher, add warm milk to make the consistency that you like.
