Spinach & Swiss egg "muffins"

Ingredients
12 eggs3oz Swiss cheese3oz fresh shopped spinachSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375.
Spray muffin tin with evoo
Mix eggs, pour into muffin tin.
Add spinach & swiss.
Bake for 12-15 min.
Store extras in freezer & reheat in the microwave for 1min.
