Green Beans & Spam Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 oz Spam1/4 cup Red Onions (Chopped)1/4 cup Green Beans (Chopped)1 large Eggs1/2 tbsp Canola Oil1/4 cup Cooked White Rice (preferably cooked the day before)
Directions
Chopped up red onion & green beans, cut Spam into cubes. Beat up two eggs. When using leftover rice, loosen it before frying.

Heat up wok with oil. Sauteed the red onions, green beans & Spam till a little brown. Then add in eggs. Give it a few quick stir and add in rice. Stir fry till egg is done.
