Ingredients
1 Cup Organic Spinach2/3 Cup Frozen Hash Browns1 Yellow Onion, Diced2 tsp. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Fill saute pan with small amount of water; bring to boil. Add spinach, onion, and hash browns. Let simmer until water has evaporated and vegetables are tender. Add Parmesan right before eating.
