Vegan Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour1 c ground oats1/2 c hemp seeds1 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmegthe recipe calls for 1/8 tsp ground cardamom, but I didn't have any1 cup apple sauce (I just used 3 large apples in the processor with the other wet ingredients)1/2 cup packed brown sugar OR maple syrup but I didn't have any3/4 almond milk1 tsp vanilla3.5 tablespoons olive oil

combine all
bake 25 mins or so until a toothpick comes out clean
I added a slice of apple on each one for cuteness!

Serving Size: makes 10-12 regular muffins
