Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned2.5 cups white rice cooked1 can cream of celery soup2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 cup celery diced 1 tablespoon butterMelt butter; add celery, cook until light in color. Add cooked rice, browned hamburger, soups. Cook through and simmer for about 15 min. *add milk/water as needed for moisture. *season with Soy Sauce or Salt Pepper as desired.
