210 grams Corned Beef chopped finely1 pkt (4 serves) Edgel Instant Mash200 grams Aldi Peas Corn and Carrots thawed1/2 cup chopped Onion1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Onion Powder150 grams Zucchini grated1/4 cup Oat Bran30 grams Romano Cheese
Make mash with boiling water, making it a little drier than usual.
Add all other ingredients except the Oat Bran and mix well, form into 8 patties.
Roll patties in Oat Bran, and fry in skillet sprayed with canola spray for a @ 7 minutes on each side.
