California Blend Soup

Ingredients
2 bags of California Blend vegetables2 boxes of chicken broth2 cans Rotel10 oz of low Fat Velveeta
Directions
Bring to boil chicken broth with frozen vegetables and rotel. Simmer until vegetables are soft and tender. Then lower heat and add the low-fat Velveeta. Cut in small diced pieces so to be easy to melt. Then serve.
