Avocado Chicken Salad

2 Avocados1/4 cup Kraft Olive Oil Mayo (optional)Boned and skinned rotisserie chicken meat shreddedJuice of 1/2 a lime (more if desired)2 garlic cloves, minced2 tbsp Cilantro, choppedSalt and pepper to taste
Remove skin and bone from chicken meat and shred.
Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl. (Before removing from peel I cut the avocado into small cubes to make mashing easier.)
Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. (Mash to your preferred consistancy, as chunky or smooth as you like.) Add mayo and cream together as desired. Add cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
Serving Size: 4-5 Sandwiches or wraps
