Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 0.33 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 TblApplesauce, sweetened, 0.50 cup Banana, fresh, 3 small, very ripeRaisins, 0.66 cupMillville 100% Natural Oats Quick Oats, 3 cupsPure Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp.
Directions
Mix all ingredients, bananas best if very ripe, bake at 350 for 15/20 minutes (25 minutes if you like crunchier) on sprayed cookie sheet. Cookies do not spread since no flour, so shape them how you want them before you bake.

Serving Size: makes 40-45 one inch cookie drops



Keep refrigerated after cooled, they spoil quickly if left out.

Different variation:
Substitute out milk and raisins and cinnamon for peanut butter, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Use 1/3 peanut butter, 1 Tbl cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
