Beef Tomato Bredie

Ingredients
500 grams beef chuck1 large onion chopped4 large tomatoes chopped3 medium potatoes diced1 pkt Royco Tomato Bredie cook-in-sauce.1 tbsp oil
Directions
Heat oil in large pot. Braise the meat till it is brown. Then add onions and cook till soft. Add cook in sauce and about 2 cups of water. Bring up to the boil. When it is boiling add the potatoes and tomatoes and extra salt if necessary. Cover and turn the heat down and simmer for a further 20 minutes or until the meat is tender
