Ground Chicken Beans and Rice Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken2 slices bacon - cut into 1/2 inch strips1 vidalia onion - chopped1/4 green pepper - chopped1 can mixed or kidney beans - drained and rinsed1 clove garlic - finely chopped2 cups fresh tomato puree (skin and seeds removed)1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup brown rice1 tsp cayenne powder1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
Brown chicken and bacon strips in large pot on medium heat. When no more pink in chicken add onions, garlic, peppers and continue cooking until onions are clear. Add tomato, broth, rice, beans and seasonings. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked.
