Home Made Moose sphaghetti sauce

Ingredients
3 chooped onions2 garlic cloves (I use more!)1 pound of ground extra lean meat (I use moose)1 small can of Tomato paste1 large can of Tomato Juice (the BIG ones)1 medium can of Tomatoes (diced)1 can of Tomato soup (do not add water to it)1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp crushed chillies1 tsp cayenne pepperSalt and pepper to taste (I don't use salt but pepper yes)Carrots chopped (chunky)Mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 canOptional- Celery, sweet peppers and spinach.
Directions
In a non stick pan cook the garlic, onions and the ground moose (can use extra lean beef too!). Once it is cooked transfer to a good stockpot and add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer 1 hr.

Serving Size: Makes 15 servings of 2/3 cup each, so three canning jars of 5 servings each
