Raw Protein Energy Bars

Ingredients

2 c rolled oats1 c shredded coconut1/2 c pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped1/2 c pecans, roughly chopped1/4 c chia seeds1 c natural peanut butter3/4 c dark chocolate chips1 t vanilla1 t cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, fold all ingredients together. Mix thoroughly.
Using your hands, grab some of the mixture and start rolling together in about one inch balls. Squeese them firmly to help everything stick together.
Place the rolled energy balls on a cookie sheet. I like to put them in the freezer to help them get firm.
The peanut butter will start to dry out, so this needs to be done fast. It is helpful to have two people rolling the balls.
