Italian Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 c. chopped onion1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini1 Tbs. olive oil1 oz evaporated milk2 Tbs. water1/4 c. grated mozzarella cheesesalt, pepper, oregano to taste
Directions
Sauté onions and zucchini in olive oil until softened.
Mix eggs, water, spices and milk and add to onion, zucchini in pan. Cook on low until set, add cheese.
