Ingredients
*Beef Stew Meat Cubed - 2 lbs.Mushrooms, fresh, 8 medium*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 26 oz can*Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), one packet
Directions
Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and a little water. Place beef and sliced mushrooms alternately in a crockpot. Cover with mushroom soup and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes (not included in nutritional info)
