Caprese Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 2 mushroom capsTomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz about 2 cups cut in halfOregano, ground, 1 tsp Annie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp*(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 1 tsp *Cheese--Shredded Mozz. Part-Skim Low Moisture, 1 serving Spinach, fresh, 3 cup Basil, .33 tbsp *Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze per tbsp, 1 serving
Directions
saute spinach in olive oil add minced garlic. Place mushroom caps (gills removed) into baking dish - top with wilted spinach and garlic combo. Mix grape tomatoes cut in half with oregano, basil and mozz. Mix together and top the spinach with the mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze and serve.
