Extra Virgin Olive Oil-1 tbspRed Onion Raw 1 cupCumin seed, 0.25 tsp Garlic 2 clovesCilantro / Coriander, fresh - 1/4 cup1 Tbs. chopped fresh mintShrimp, cooked, 4 ozIndian, Aromatic Basmati Rice 1 cup(cooked)Peas, frozen, 1 cup AH - Sriracha Hot Sauce 1 TSP ServingKikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
Have the cooked rice ready.Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds-do not let it burn. Add the minced garlic till it almost turns brown. Add the onion and fry till transparent. Add the shrimp. Add the coriander and mint paste, peas, soy sauce, sriracha sauce and paprika. (Add coconut milk). Cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add the cooked rice. Mix well and serve. You can garnish with coriander leaves if needed.
