Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 red potatoes4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 tbsp Country Crock Shed Spread1/4 C Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Dice potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes, until fork tender. Smash potatoes with potato masher. Mix in sour cream, butter, and cheese.
