1 whole small cauliflower6 cloves garlic1 cup low carb spaghetti sauce2 large Baby Zucchinis1 small cooking onion1 228g sliced white mushrooms1 Medium pepper1 tetra pack low sodium chicken broth1 tsp chilli powder
Chop up all veggies/chicken coarsely and add to chicken broth and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on high for 4 hrs
