Pressure Cooker Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 package dried split peas1/2 medium onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed2 medium carrots, sliced thin2 stalks celery, sliced thin2 Tbs olive oil5 cups water
Directions
Rinse and pick over peas. Place in pressure cooker.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add water and stir together.
cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
