Spinach Rice Casserole for Two

Ingredients
3/4 cup white basmati rice1 cup frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered2 tbsp. red onion, minced1.5 oz. Gouda cheese grated1/8 cup olive oil1 tsp. each: salt, black pepper, oregano, turmeric, smoked paprika
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in small casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
