Kroger Chick Peas (canned), 3 cup Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, .5 serving Garlic, 5 clove *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Tahini, 2 tbsp
Soak and boil chickpeas if using dried. (Use 1.5-2 cups worth) Make sure chickpeas are still hot or are warmed before blending for more creaminess. Boil garlic with chick peas for ease. Save water and add to thin. Process in cuisinart until creamy.
