Spanish Steak

Ingredients
4 sm. Cube Steak-Beef, aprox.10 oz1/2 can Organic Tomato Sauce (Kirkland) 3 tsp. Au Jus Gravy Mix (Western Family)2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup White Flour1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
Directions
Add flour to pie plate. Add black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Dredge cube steak in flour mixture. Heat olive oil in skittle, when oil is hot, add cube steaks and onions. Place lid on skillet. When cube steaks are partially cooked add 1/2 can of tomato sauce, 3 tsp. of Au Jus Gravy Mix (or to your taste), and 1/2 can water. Stir and place lid back on skillet. Cook on low heat until done (aprox. 15 minutes)
