3c Broccoli, fresh, 03 cup, chopped or diced 4c Water, tap2tbsp Onion powder2tbsp Garlic powder1tbsp Pepper, black2c Cheddar Cheese shredded 1c HEB MooTopia 2% reduced fat (lactose free)2c swansons low sodium chicken broth organic
wash and chop broccoli, Put 4 cups water in large heavy pot, add broccoli, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and cook until broccoli is soft. add chicken broth and continue cooking. slowly add cheese stir to blend. cook until thickens, add milk continue cooking but stir to keep from curdling.
