Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
Canola Oil, 1 tbspfresh onion, 2 cupButternut Squash, 400 gramsTomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 4 cupSweet Corn, Fresh, 280 gramsBeans, white, 280 gramsGround beef, 350 gramsoptional: 4 gloves of garlic, 1 small green chili pepper2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cuminsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut onions into little squares, cut pumpkin into larger cubes. Cut garlic and chili pepper if desired.

Roast onions in oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add Pumpkin, a little bit of garlic and chili pepper if desired, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and a tiny bit of cinnamon. Let roast for a bit.

Add tomatos, beans and corn. Set to a simmer and let cook until desired consistency.
