Stir Fried Broccoli, Onion & Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 C broccoli, tops only1 C mushrooms1/2 C green onions1 T finely minced fresh ginersoy sauceunagi sauce (optional)sesame seeds1 T sesame oil1 T vegetable oil
Directions
Heat wok or frying pan. Add broccoli and stir for 2 min. Add fresh ginger. Add mushrooms and onions. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes or until broccoli begins to soften but is still very green and al dente.
Add soy sauce. Just before removing from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds
