Ingredients
1 envelope knox gelatine2 8 oz packages cream cheese1 cup boiling water1 tsp vanilla extract10 packages splenda (Little)cinnamon for tops
Directions
mix boiling water with gelatine till dissolves then add sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese blend till combined with mixture it will be runny, pour into muffin tins, sprinkle with cinnamon and put in fridge for 2 hours... mmm so good, this makes 12-18 depending on how much you fill them. only 1.6 carbs per tin if you make 12 and 1 carb if you make 18 enjoy..
