Laurie's Chicken Curry Apple Salad

Ingredients
Chicken breast (2), no skin already cookedHellmann's with Olive Oil 4 tlbMott's Single Portion All Natural Apple Sauce (Approx 1/2 cup)Celery Stalks 2Apple 1 Red DeliciousAlmonds (1, 100 cal Blue Diamond Pack)Dill Weed dried, could use fresh too!Curry PowderCinnamonSteviaAdd spices/ seasoning to desired taste
Directions
Use the breast(s) with out the skin from a pre cooked rotisserie chicken. Dice up chicken breasts.

Add in the 4 tlbs of mayo, mix

1 portion or approx 1/2 c of apple sauce
(natural, no sugar added) mix

Add dill, curry & cinnamon to taste preference

Dice 2 med celery stalks, add

Dice 1 med size apple (red delicious) Add

Chop 1 (100 cal) package of blue diamond almonds
(Approx 21-23 almonds) Add

Mix all ingredients well, add Stevia to desired sweetness, optional.

Portion out to 4, 1 cup portions
