Paleo "Creamy" Tomato Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1lb Chicken BreastGarlic salt to taste2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning1 tablespoon dried basil1 clove garlic1 14 oz. can of coconut milk (full fat)1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes and juice1 cup of chicken broth Salt and Pepper To Taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in the crockpot and set on low for 9 hours. After 9 hours, shred the chicken and set crockpot to warm until ready to serve. Adjust taste by adding salt and pepper at the end.
