Ingredients
3 cups fat free, low sodium chicken broth1 cup dry quinoa elbow pasta1 cup frozen mixed veggies1 stalk celery1/2 tsp saltpepperitalian seasoning3 chicken tenderloins1/2 cup water
Directions
Chop chicken and celery into small pieces, bring broth to boil, add pasta, chicken, and vegetables. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, vegetables and pasta is tender.
