Candy Corn Popsicles

Ingredients
6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt (1 small tub or 3/4 cup)1 cup orange juice1 cup pineapple juicePopsicle molds
Directions
Carefully pour two tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of your molds. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Pour the orange juice evenly into all the molds. Freeze for another 20 minutes.
Pour the pineapple juice on top of the orange juice.
Freeze until set.

    @Geckotreefrog: since you quote the glycemic index, you then know that the ingredients in this recipe breakdown much differently than your suggested candy as a comparison. It also won't cause the sugar spike/crash in your system either. This is a nice healthy alternative. Thank you for the idea - 10/29/13

    If worried about calories or sugar, try using Trop 50 orange juice or classic orange Crystal light. I used sweetened plain yogurt, Trop 50 orange juice with calcium and diluted mango nectar (I didn't have pineapple juice). Daughter liked them which is all that matters. - 10/10/14

    C'mon. To call this healthy is ridiculous. From a glycemic view, you might as well eat the candy, w/ a little bit of protein on the side. No wonder people don't understand what's healthy & what isn't.
