1/2 large head of cabbage, shredded1/3 medium head of red cabbage, shredded2 carrots, julienned4 green onions, sliced thin, including greens6 Tbs. tahini6 Tbs. low sodium tamari (gluten free soy sauce)3 Tbs. rice vinegar1/4 c. brown sugar, packed1/2 tsp. sesame oil1/4 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Prepare veggies
Blend together sauce ingredients
Pour dressing over veggies a few hours before serving
Mix and chill
