Brown Rice Khichdi

Ingredients
Brown Rice, long grain, 0.5 cupWater, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)Salt, 1 tspSoybean Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker & cook for 8-10 whistles. After the steam is released, open the lid & mash to a thick porridge-like consistency. Add water if it is too thick. Serve hot with curd.
