*Dry Green Split Peas, 2 cup *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 servingCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Zuccini Squash, 1 cup celerly, 1 cup Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Hambone w/Ham, regular (11% fat), .5 cup, diced Garlic, 3 tsp.crushed or 1 tsp. granulated favorite seasonings or1tbl. dry oregano1tbl. dry marjoram1tbl. dry basil1 tsp. black pepper ground
In crock pot add all ingredients (or in Dutch oven/ large pot cook over low heat/flame on stove. stirring occasionally and watching to keep from scorching)
