Ingredients
2 salmon fillets2 tbsp OO2 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp honey2 tbsp maille hot dijon mustard
Directions
mix all ingredients & marinate salmon for 4 hours in fridge or 1 hour on counter. Oven at 450, Remove salmon from marinade and place on a rack over a roasting pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, basting once with the marinade or until golden and white juices are just beginning to appear.
