Baked Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients
1lb Small Red Potatoes2 Tbs Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Dry Mix1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Wash potatoes and cut in quarters.
Sprinkle Ranch Dressing over potatoes and shake
Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese and Cayenne Pepper of Potatoes and shake until potatoes are coated with all ingredients.

Spray baking dish with pam and pour potato mixture into dish.

Cover potatoes and bake at 425 for one hour. Cheese will be melted and potatoes will be just begin to brown when done.
