Chocolate Low-carb One-Minute Mug Cake

2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal2 TBsp. Isopure Zero-carb Creamy Vanilla protein powder1 Tbsp. unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/2 tsp. ground CinnamonSweetener to taste, low-/no-calorie low-/-no carb1 Egg1 Tbsp. Butter, unsaltedPinch of salt, if using unsalted butter (omit if using salted butter)
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Melt butter in microwave bowl let cool slightly then mix in liquid sweetener to taste; add egg. Add liquid ingredients to dry; pour batter into slightly greased/cooking sprayed microwave-safe mug or small bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute; DON'T over-cook. Top with a small dollop of whipped cream (not included in calculations), if desired. Enjoy!
