Fiesta Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Cooked quinoa1 cup diced cucumber1 cup green bell pepper1/2 cup diced red onion1 tablespoon minced chives12 oz. frozen corn2 cups black beans (Bush) drained and rinsed1/3 cup olive oil3 tablespoons lime juice1 teaspoon lemon juicesalt to taste1/4 teaspoon cuminpepper to taste
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package instructions, cool.
Combine oil and spices and pour over cooked quinoa.
Combine vegetables and quinoa, mix well.
Enjoy
